Monica started meditating in her yoga classes back in 1990. Since then she started a search to find peace and hapinness within. She joined the Spanish Meditation Society in 2007 and became the President of IFSU Spain in 2014. She has devoted the last 13 years of her life to  make the mission of IFSU possible and is an inspiring life example of love and devotion to these teachings
